My brother and I both live here, and we're extremely considerate people. We both work full time and attend school, but we do know how to have fun. We're from DFW so we occasionally have guests and parties. Of course, we'll give you heads up with that happens! I have a great deal for you! you have to read all of this though!

The Gateway at college station apartment complex.

285 a month ( though this amount may change a little depending on certain agreements with my landlord)

water bill is roughly 5 bucks a month and electricity is roughly 24 ( cuz you share it between 3 other people)

You can get a female or male only apartment.

Because my room is in a male apartment, i would have to pay extra to move you to a females only apartment, so i have no idea who the other girls are and what they are like. I would show you my room, but your room would probably look much different. (same dimensions though)

There is a bus-stop right in front and there is much space in the room. You would be sharing the room with another person and have to share the bathroom too. There are 4 people living in here in total and you only share a room and bathroom with one of them. spacious living room and kitchen. Great internet, great condition. Already furnished(shelves, nightstand, bed and desk). You will have your own closet and own internet plug. The internet is rarely down. Only once, in my 1.5 years living here, have i had the internet not work because of the apartment complex. Preferably college students. cats and dogs are ok if you talk to management first. We have new management so i don't know how rules changed on animals.

The home itself has two separate living areas, so you would enjoy your own private living area with another girl college student.

I would reduce the rent if you sign a one-year lease.

So I need to move out of my town home/loft apartment that I absolutely loved!
