Washer and dryer are included in the apartment; each bedroom can be locked and has an individual closet and bathroom. The price of $560 is what you would pay for taking on the same lease as I have, which is one room in a 4 bed/ 4 bath townhouse. You could also choose to live in another type of apartment that is offered at Parkway Place. If you did decide to take over my lease with the 4 bed and bath you would not have to live in the room that I currently occupy, but one that has either not been lived in (This is the first year Parkway Place has been opened) or one that has been cleaned and is ready for a fresh tenant. I am willing to toss in an extra $350 as an incentive to sign the new lease and get me out of my current lease if the exchange takes place before January (Which happens to be in twelve days).
