Our requirements are:
1. Must be employed for the last 6 months.
2. Monthly income must be 3x base rent (we look at gross pay).
3. Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies or assault charges).
4. Must be able to pass a credit check (no evictions, no broken leases and credit score must be above a 500).
5. Guarantors (co-signers) will need to make 4x base rent and employed for at least the past 6 months (applicants can only use guarantors if the applicant does not qualify money wise/employment or credit score).
Application fee is $42 per adult current we are running a special for our efficiency units with an approved application the application fee will be waived and credited to your account. Deposit is $150 per adult. Monthly pet rent is $15 monthly per pet. Pet deposit is $250 per pet. Our property amenities include tenants’ liability insurance, on-site laundry facility, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and picnic area. Water, sewage, and garbage will be billed separately through RUBS (Utility management). Electricity is separated through BTU.
