compensation:Salary range ($42,000 to $55,000) per year plus monthly leasing bonuses. (Lower salary range includes three-bedroom employee apartment; adjusted [higher] salary for no employee apartment)
We are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced, property manager for Villas of Rock Prairie --- a 128 unit affordable senior apartment community in College Station, Texas. A minimum of 2 years experience as a property manager is required. Candidates must be poised, professional, polished, and have strong communication skills. Candidate must have the temperament to multitask, interact with multiple entities, and manage special projects (outside of daily operations).
This position offers an excellent compensation package for the right candidate, including leasing bonuses (above base salary), health insurance and paid time-off. The apartment community is stabilized and averages 98%+ occupancy year-round. The salary offered will be based on the candidates' experience, education and certifications.
