not a condo/apt: This is a private townhome. There is no attached side walls, no one will be living above or below you and you have no stairs to climb to get to your place.
not a house: As a townhouse, you have no required maintenance.. All property maintenance, pool and common area lawn care(except the easy up-keep-up small bricked backyard and supplied AC filter changes), are done by the townhouse HOA.
Your neighbors are mostly the TAMU and Blinn students, too.
Personal items can be moved in prior to August 1st, if needed. It is well managed as a quiet, studious, non-smoking house and it is not setup for a dog, sorry.
