A college Fraternity is in need of lawn care services for the upcoming year starting April 15th through April 14, 2027.
Lawn care includes mowing twice a month (24 mowings total).
Picking up garbage in lawn and placing in dumpster that is on site each time the lawn is mowed.
Edging along sidewalks as needed.
Blowing clippings off sidewalks.
Trimming of bushes once a month and putting the trimmings in the dumpster.
Pay is $600/month or ($7,200/year).
Pay will be $1,200 upon signing of contract and $500/month for each month.
Must be licensed and insured.
