Engine is good (needs jump start) but will not move forward or backward. Blades turn. Rear tires are practically brand new with maybe 4-5 hours on them. Engine has 701 hours. Deck has rust but still solid and not rusted through. Maybe a 2004 model. Could be a simple transmission fix, I just don’t care to check into it.
