I have been turning this 12ftx24ft building into a home.
Walls-floor joists-roof runners are all framed in one piece with 2 inch piping all welded together
Good foundation Im 75% done on sheetrocking with the rest to completed
I have the water in tied in with pex A.
I have it all completely wired it's tied in my electrical.
I have flooring I could sell with it. More windows I can sell more lumber and tons of house lights and bunch of interior paint! 97nine 3two5 0five77
