We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to take ownership of our inventory and warehouse operations while helping manage and delegate tasks to employees.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize inventory across multiple warehouses
Catalogue inventory items and assist the service manager in creating new items
Handle paperwork, track materials, and ensure accurate inventory records
Make deliveries as needed (this is not a desk job)
Work in both office and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments
Requirements:
Familiar with or willing to learn HVAC and plumbing parts and components
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn Trimble Spectrum
Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have clean background
