We are seeking a skilled, dependable, hands-on person to care for our 22-acre ranch. The ranch has a few cabin rentals that will need to be looked after as well. The ideal person(s) will take pride in outdoor work, love the land and can be flexible based on needs of the ranch. We will need someone able to do general labor, that will include carpentry, framing, digging, light land cleaning, and landscaping. Regular maintenance of cabins, buildings, and cleaning up after guests. Person(s) must be comfortable around cattle. Person will work approximately 20 hours p/wk. and live on-site in a 1-bedroom/1 bath loft. The compensation is flexible based on experience and due to live on-site arrangement, (roughly $18 p/hour) the compensation can be discussed further for the right individual(s). Ranch is located between Caldwell and Giddings. Individuals/couples are invited to apply. Must be able to speak/understand English.
