In search of roommates for 3 bed 2 bath house just a couple of blocks from downtown Bryan. Rent cost will depend on number of roommates but split three ways it is $670/month, not including utilities. Move in date around Aug. 16.
Rare home for the area with hardwood floors and lots of sunlight where you can walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores, and have friends over in the backyard.
I’m starting my PhD in ecology this August, and am looking for roommates for at least a year. I have no preference for age or job or background or family or single, so long as you are thoughtful and want to try to make this place a warm and interesting place to live.
Bonus if you have furniture (I’m moving from Canada and can’t bring much), plants, or cool art.
