Gated, Private, Separate Key Locked, Furnished Room in Spacious Townhome:
Studious engineering student and PhD A&M engineer are looking for two more grad./engineering students for the fall 2026 semester, to end of May, 2027 or longer. Blinn College is situated between us and A&M if your course work is within both schools.

The townhome has all solid oak floors-easy to keep clean-, and all setup for students arriving with a suitcase. It includes all kitchen utensils, dishes & cookware;. It has a large capacity H3 washer/dryer also, refrigerator, stove, large microwave, dishwasher, many small electric cooking appliances. The bedrooms come furnished having queen-sized Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, oak desks and dressers, and room black-out curtains(for day-sleepers). The complex is gated with private parking spots, pool, hot tub, and basketball practice court. This townhouse overlooks Central park with fishing, tennis courts and jogging/bike trails that continue through-out the town, if you enjoy bike riding to school, or the A&M bus stop is only half a block's walk, away.

The upstairs room with long private bath(yellow) is $640 and overlooks the jogging and fishing park across the street. The master bedroom with private bath that looks towards the pool, the blue room, is $660/mo. The bills that are paid included HOA fees, the Highest-Speed Internet Package, and Trash (all except Electric\Water shared~$25-50/mo.). The deposit is 1month rent on a lease with a $40 application fee for a background/credit check. With no credit, an escrow account can be set-up with Chase Bank.

not a condo/apt*** This is a private townhome. There is no attached side walls, no one will be living above or below you and you have no stairs to climb to get to your place.
not a house**** As a townhouse, you have no required maintenance, except a tiny backyard gated entry. All property maintenance, pool and common area lawn care(except the easy up-keep-up small bricked backyard and supplied AC filter changes), are done by the townhouse hoa.

Your neighbors are mostly Texas A&M/Blinn students, too.

Personal items can be moved in prior to August 1st, if needed. It is managed as a quiet, studious, non-smoking house and it is not setup for a dog, sorry.
