You would get the front bedroom which is honestly the biggest room in the house. You also get your own bathroom and a really nice closet. The room itself is not decorated but the rest of the house is. It is a little girly right now but we can tone it down depending on your style.
The location is amazing and right across the street from Jimmy Johns and just down the road from Fuego and Dutch Bros. It is super close to campus and everything else. We both scooter to class everyday, my classes are on central campus it takes no more than 5 minutes all pathed ways and stuff.
A little about us. We are both juniors at A and M majoring in Ag Econ and HR. We go out pretty often and are involved in a lot of orgs and still do well in school. We are very chill and open to literally anyone as long as you are clean and respectful.
As for pets we have two cats, who are very friendly with other animals they get along with everyone!
Rent is 925 which is a little steep yes but it is a great house and a great setup.
