It was a nice fifthwheel lived in it and traveled in it for years. The hail last year got it pretty good. All the appliances work, ac, water heater, furnace and fridge. It needs batteries and much love. It would be OK to put somewhere and live in or use as a guest house, but I think it's travel days are behind it. Price reflects due to the hail dents and dings and it's age. I re did most of the interior so it's not original In side. Roof has soft spots it's not perfect by any means. Must have a way to hual it away. Sold my truck.
